Banner Data Custodian Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities for Banner Data Custodian
Banner Data Custodians are responsible for day-to-day Banner data management and operations. It is strongly recommended that two people for each major function area be designated to assume these roles and responsibilities. The Secondary Data Custodian serves as the backup in the event that the Primary Data Custodian is unavailable to make timely decisions for requested changes or approvals. The Banner Data Custodians are invited to participate in a monthly Banner Data Policy and Standards Committee meeting.
