Bryant's Information Services division is centrally managed through the Office of the Vice President of Information Services. The division is comprised of several distinct, functional departments that coordinate the delivery and support of technology services.

Academic Computing and Media Services
Academic Computing and Media Services provides computer and audio-visual technology planning, budgeting and support for all teaching and learning environments. The department is comprised of two functional groups - Academic Computing and Media Services.
Campus Technology Services
Campus Technology Services (CTS) acts as the one-stop center for all questions, concerns, and issues related to Bryant’s technology services. CTS provides this support to Bryant faculty and staff. Students are supported by the CTS Laptop Central group.
Information Security and Planning
Infrastructure Services encompasses the efforts of 3 functional groups - Infrastructure Systems, Network Operations and Telecommunication Services.
Infrastructure Systems manages data center operations, including all server related services like backups and recovery. Additionally, staff manage access to Bryant's primary authentication systems.
Network Operations manages the design, building and maintenance of Bryant's network infrastructure, including all related access and security features.
Telecommunication Services manages Bryant's unified communications system which include telephony features like voice, presence and conferencing.
University Business Systems
University Business Systems provides support for Bryant's ERP system, including the management of data interfaces between that system and other applications and services. The department works closely with administrative departments to develop custom solutions to meet business needs.
Web and Integration Services
Web and Integration Services is primarily tasked with management and support of the University's enterprise content management systems. The department also manages development for various web applications and coordinates with other departments to ensure interoperability between systems, including those depending on single-sign on, DNS and other services.
