Bryant's Information Services division is centrally managed through the Office of the Vice President of Information Services. The division is comprised of several distinct, functional departments that coordinate the delivery and support of technology services.

IT Service Desk acts as the one-stop center for all questions, concerns, and issues related to Bryant’s technology services.

Infrastructure Systems manages data center operations, including all server related services like backups and recovery. Additionally, staff manage access to Bryant's primary authentication systems.

The department also manages development for various web applications and coordinates with other departments to ensure interoperability between systems, including those depending on single-sign on, DNS and other services.
