The Bryant Laptop Program maintains over 3300 laptops campus-wide. A laptop computer is issued to all incoming students as part of the Bryant tuition package. 

Students keep this machine until the beginning of their junior year, at which time it is exchanged for a new model. Upon successful completion of their senior year, this laptop is theirs to keep without any further fee or expense. Juniors also have the option to purchase their two year old machine at a reduced price in addition to receiving their new laptop. All Bryant issued laptops are purchased with a 3 year hardware warranty from the manufacturer, assuring post-graduate longevity.

Students are responsible for the care and proper usage of the laptop as specified both in the Student Agreement signed at initial pickup and Bryant's Academic Computing Policy agreed to when first signing in to the Bryant network, however, within those boundaries they are free to do with the machine what they please and their laptop user accounts have full Administrator authority. The laptop is considered the property of Bryant University until the student's graduation or the laptop is purchased.
