Student Account Center

The Student Account Center is powered by Touchnet and managed by the Bursar's Office. It allow students and authorized users to manage their account and view and pay their bill.

Available To

Students and users authorized on their accounts.

What to Expect

Service is available 24/7/365, except during specified maintenance windows.

Add an Authorized User
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required)
  • Select Authorized Users from the My Profile Setup column on the right side of the page.
  • Select Add Authorized User.
  • Add authorized user’s email address, customize their access and select Continue.
  • Read Agreement to Add Authorized User, check I Agree and select Continue.
  • An email will be sent to the authorized user instructing them to set up their account
     
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required)
  • Select Authorized Users from the My Profile Setup column on the right side of the page.
  • Select Add Authorized User.
  • Add authorized user’s email address, customize their access and select Continue.
  • Read Agreement to Add Authorized User, check I Agree and select Continue.
  • An email will be sent to the authorized user instructing them to set up their account
     
Add Direct Deposit Account for Refunds
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Refunds from the home bar.
  • Select Set Up Account.
  • You may then choose to select an existing account or set up a new account
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Refunds from the home bar.
  • Select Set Up Account.
  • You may then choose to select an existing account or set up a new account
Request a Student Refund
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Select BANNER SELF-SERVICE SSO.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Open Student Dashboard (located under the Students tab).
  • Select Refund Request Form.
  • Complete form and click Submit (Do not complete an additional Refund Request Form as it may delay the process).
     

Please allow 7-10 days to process your request once financial aid (if applicable) has been applied to your account. A receipt of payment in the form of a Parent PLUS Loan requires an email to be sent to refunds@bryant.edu, from the payee’s email address. If proper
authorization is not received, the refund will be prepared in that payee’s name and sent to their home address.

  • Select BANNER SELF-SERVICE SSO.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Open Student Dashboard (located under the Students tab).
  • Select Refund Request Form.
  • Complete form and click Submit (Do not complete an additional Refund Request Form as it may delay the process).

Transfer a Credit to Bulldog Bucks

  • Select BANNER SELF-SERVICE SSO.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Open Student Dashboard (located under the Students tab).
  • Select Bulldog Bucks Transfer Request Form.
  • Enter the amount that you would like to transfer.
  • Select I agree and the NEXT button.
  • Select Submit.
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Select BANNER SELF-SERVICE SSO.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials (if required).
  • Select Open Student Dashboard (located under the Students tab).
  • Select Bulldog Bucks Transfer Request Form.
  • Enter the amount that you would like to transfer.
  • Select I agree and the NEXT button.
  • Select Submit.
Make a Housing Deposit
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Select Deposits from the home bar.
  • In the drop-down menu, select the fall term of upcoming academic year.
  • In the drop-down menu, select Housing Deposit.
  • Input deposit amount.
  • Select and enter payment method.
  • Proceed to confirmation of payment.
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Select Deposits from the home bar.
  • In the drop-down menu, select the fall term of upcoming academic year.
  • In the drop-down menu, select Housing Deposit.
  • Input deposit amount.
  • Select and enter payment method.
  • Proceed to confirmation of payment.
Access your 1098T
  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials.
  • Select the View Statements button within the Your latest 1098-T statement section.
  • Select the View option under Action for the year needed.
  • Your tax information will be displayed in pdf format.

Please be aware that an authorized user (i.e. parent) will only be allowed to obtain this information if they are authorized by the student.

  • Select Student Account Center from the top right of this page or the Quick Launch dropdown menu on the My Bryant Portal.
  • Log in using your My Bryant Portal login credentials.
  • Select the View Statements button within the Your latest 1098-T statement section.
  • Select the View option under Action for the year needed.
  • Your tax information will be displayed in pdf format.

Waiving Bryant Health Insurance (International Students only)
  • Navigate to www.universityhealthplans.com
  • Find Bryant University in the list of universities and click continue.
  • Select the appropriate student type – if you are an international student.
  • Read the letter and requirements to verify that your insurance coverage meets the criteria. If so, click on the Waive Form link on the left of the page.
  • Enter your first and last name and your email and click submit.
  • Answer yes or no questions and submit form.

  • Find Bryant University in the list of universities and click continue.
  • Select the appropriate student type – if you are an international student.
