About AskTupper
AskTupper is an AI-powered chatbot developed in collaboration with Alliant Digital. The chatbot is based on OpenAI’s GPT-4o and provides answers to questions based on publicly available information from Bryant’s websites. A widget version is publicly available on www.bryant.edu, info.bryant.edu, and is.bryant.edu.
AskTupper Information Sources
AskTupper’s responses are sourced directly from Bryant University’s web content. The origin of each answer is visible to Bryant community members. If you come across outdated or incorrect information on a webpage, please contact the content owner and request that they make the update or submit a web content update request.
AskTupper’s information index is refreshed overnight. As a result, updates made to web content will not be reflected in chatbot responses immediately. Allow until the following day for changes to appear in AskTupper’s answers.
Please note that this feature is not available from the widget on the external website.
It is not necessary to use the Provide Feedback option if you have submitted a content update request to fix the source of the answer.
