Teams - Invite Non-Bryant Attendees to a Meeting
- Install the Teams App on your computer, if not already installed.
- Click on the Appointment tab.
- Click on Teams Meeting in the Outlook ribbon menu.
- Enter the email addresses of all attendees (including non-Bryant) in the Required and Optional fields.
- Click Save
- All attendees will receive a meeting notification containing a link to the meeting. This link will also appear in their Calendar event, if added.
- Non-Bryant attendees will be asked to enter their name when joining the meeting.
- All attendees will have the option to approve access to audio and video on their own devices.
- Attendees will be placed in a waiting room if they join the meeting before the host. The host will need to approve access.
- In Outlook Calendar, click on New Event.
- Enter your meeting details.
- Enter the email addresses of all attendees (including non-Bryant) in the Required and Optional fields.
- Using the Add online meeting dropdown, select Teams meeting.
- Click Save

- Click New Meeting.
