University Events Calendar
The University Events Calendar is a publicly accessible calendar powered by Localist. The Events Calendar pulls event feeds from various sources, including Engaged (student organizations). The system is then used to generate periodic event newsletters to the Bryant community. Check out How to get in the Upcoming Events newsletter for more information.
Non-repeating events will automatically display on digital signage.

What to Expect
- Members of the Bryant community can login to the Events Calendar to submit and interact with campus events.
- Submitted events are queued for approval.
- University Marketing and Communications oversees the approval of all events.
- There are Event Administrators in each division that can approve events for their area.
Requirements
Login to Localist requires a Bryant account.
Graphic Recommendations
- Accepted formats: png, jpg, and gif
- Recommended size for calendar graphics is 940px x 557px
- Avoid text heavy images
- Include an empty border of 30px to avoid cropping issues
