Telephone Service
The primary tool for internal voice and video calls is Microsoft Teams. For employees that only need to communicate within the Bryant community, Teams may be all that you need.
For employees that need to communicate outside the University, WebEx is the application used to provide telephone service for employees. Before downloading and installing WebEx, submit a request below to have a phone number assigned.

Requirements
Implementation, monitoring, and compliance with the telephone policy is the responsibility of the department administrators. Users are urged to follow best practice guidelines and University policies when utilizing University telephone services.
Fees
Services will be charged to the department at the current local and long distance billing rates.
Desk Phones
Information Services provides IP telephones to employees when requested.
