How to use the Password Reset Site

Follow University guidelines when creating or changing your password.

Forgot Password

  1. Go to reset.bryant.edu
  2. Click Forgot my password
  3. Enter your User ID and the security characters show on the screen
  4. Select and confirm two verification steps
  5. Enter your old password, then enter a new password and confirm

How to Change Password

  1. Go to reset.bryant.edu
  2. Click Change Password
  3. If you're not logged in already, you'll be redirected to login.microsoftonline.com. Once logged in, you'll see the Change password screen.
  4. On the Change password screen, verify your User ID is correct
  5. Enter your Old Password
  6. Fill in the Create new password and Confirm new password fields
  7. Click Submit

How to Change Password Reset Options

  2. Click Change Password Reset Options
  3. If you're not logged in already, you'll be redirected to login.microsoftonline.com. Once logged in, you'll be asked to verify your login with MFA (Two-Factor)
  4. Edit your security options
  5. When finished, click Looks Good

 

How to Change MFA (Two-Factor) Options

  1. Go to reset.bryant.edu
  2. Click Change MFA (Two-Factor) Options
  3. If you're not logged in already, you'll be redirected to login.microsoftonline.com. Once logged in, you'll be asked to verify your login with MFA (Two-Factor)
  4. Edit your security options
  5. When finished, click Looks Good
