Teams - Voice Calls

Did you know you can place a voice call to another person without knowing their mobile phone number?

Microsoft Teams enables voice calls (VoIP) between between two or more people using the app. So, if your coworker or colleague has the Teams app installed on their mobile phone, you can use the Call () function in Teams to contact them. They'll receive an incoming Teams voice call on their phone. Note: Don't confuse the voice call feature with Video call (), unless you intend to use that feature.
