Digital Signage

The Bryant Public channels automatically displays content from the University Events Calendar and official Bryant social media channels managed by the Communications Office. Faculty, staff, and student organizations are welcome to submit content to the Bryant Public channel. Digital displays on campus use the AppSpace system to display this content.

Content Displayed

• Campus wide announcements and events
• Announcements for faculty/staff, as well as students
• No Club Meetings

• Content that does not adhere to the guidelines will be rejected.

If you are promoting an event, submit your event to the University Events Calendar. Once approved, the event will automatically display on Digital Signage. Requests to add content that is not an event to Digital Signage can be submitted to the contact for your division.
