How do I transfer a call directly into someone else's voicemail?
- First, you will need to be active on the call you wish you transfer.
- Press the transfer soft key on your phone, then press the star * key.
- Enter the extension of the voicemail you wish to transfer to, then press the transfer soft key again.
How do I setup/use speed dial?
- First, you will need to open a ticket with the IT Service Desk at x6111 or itservicedesk@bryant.edu and request that we enable this feature.
